I’m still having difficulties sending SMS to my friends who are Globe users. Only them. My other contacts (Smart) can receive my text messages and I can receive theirs. SMART replied to my email yesterday advising me to restart my phone. That’s customer service for you! What a load of crock. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- if I had a better Globe network signal at my home in Andagao, I’d switch to them in a heartbeat. I’ve so had it up to here with SMART and their crappy customer service.
